Biologic Treatment Unit

As a service to our patients, we provide in-office infusion and injection therapy for osteoporosis Reclast (Zoledronic Acid), Prolia (denosumab), and Boniva (ibandronate sodium) and biologic treatments for Rheumatoid Arthritis including, Actemra (tocilizumab), Benlysta (belimumab), Cimzia (certolizumab pegol), Orencia (abatacept), Remicade (infliximab), Rituxan (rituximab), and Simponi Aria (golimumab).

Catalina Pointe has 5 RN’s who perform the infusions and an LPN or MA that perform the injections. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate nurses who work very closely with the patients, physicians, and Catalina Pointe Staff to ensure a comfortable and professional experience.
